In the heart of New York City, this apartment posed a challenge: limited space, little natural light. Our goal was to achieve both sophistication and comfort without major renovations, a common need in the city. Inspired by the client's vintage posters, we chose earthy tones with splashes of plum and burgundy, reflecting his travels. Using wood and stone, we created a cozy, masculine retreat. With small updates, we improved flow and functionality throughout. A corner banquette became a focal point, and in the bedroom, a simple white oak headboard added serenity. Vintage light fixtures added character and charm, transforming the space into a peaceful retreat in the midst of city life.
